All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. AQUATECH will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

AQUATECH reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. AQUATECH will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, AQUATECH will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery AQUATECH will notify its customers within 5 business days.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any foreign currency information. All non-US currency amounts displayed are estimates provided for general information purposes only. The final amount shown in your cart is in US dollars. The estimated product price does not include customs, duty fees and/or taxes. Your credit card company may charge you a conversion fee.

AQUATECH will not be responsible for any local taxes or import fees on any orders.

• Delivery is via third-party courier
• Deliveries over $249 are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at the time of delivery. Courier deliveries may be replaced by local Post in some regional areas.
• Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
• As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
• If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
• Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been shipped.
• All online orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in either California or Kentucky, USA.
• Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery.
• Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct contact name, delivery address, email and phone number for delivery of their order. Incorrect details may lead to delivery issues which could incur further fees.
• International orders may require taxes or duties to be payable to local couriers before goods will be delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they respond to any requests regarding taxes/duties payable for their delivery and are available to receive delivery. Goods that cannot be delivered for any reason will be returned to AQUATECH USA at the customers expense.
• Cutoff time for same day shipping is 12pm PST. This includes all "Overnight" and "Next Day" deliveries.
• Saturday deliveries are not possible. Overnight deliveries ordered before 12pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday.
• Same day shipping is offered only for in stock items.
